About You

Are you a ticketing operator who understands one thing above all else — revenue is driven by conversations?

Demand Inc. is hiring a Ticketing Client Success Manager to join our internal Ticketing Team — the group responsible for booking qualified ticketing meetings directly onto professional sports teams’ calendars.

We are a force multiplier for ticketing departments. We do not sell the tickets ourselves.

We create the campaigns, manage the outreach, run the experimentation, and book the meetings — so our clients’ ticketing teams can close more revenue.

This role exists to accelerate ticketing conversations at scale using Demand’s home-grown ticketing technology, whitespace data engine, and outbound infrastructure.

Demand Inc. has booked over 100,000 meetings and generated more than $8B in pipeline for our clients, including 60+ professional sports teams across the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and NASCAR.
